Mick has been with Twitter for the past 6 years building Twitter’s SMB advertising community from the ground up, both in EMEA and other Global regions. Over that time he’s been a key driver across many successful initiatives for Twitter’s SMB business from marketing, big data analytics and automation to more recently developing a customer success team focused on providing campaign advice to advertisers in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Twitter, Mick worked with various multi-nationals from Dell computers to business consultancy with Accenture. He has a passion for all things digital and eCommerce and lives the mantra of “If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it”.
